Trotters Children’s Wear and Accessories has and continues to be one of our most favourite brands to shoot for. Shooting for them taps in to all our skills with Lizzie’s primary teaching background playing a big part in producing and creatively directing the shoot and with Tom making the lighting just right to help the clothes look their best. The shoots are so much fun and working with the crew at Trotters is always a dream. We get to shoot in the most incredible locations in Dorset. The challenge to us is to shoot to reflect the tradition of the brand but also the idea that Trotters Children’s Wear and what they say under their brand name is, ‘making childhood memories’. That’s at the front of our minds when we shoot and so it’s essential we capture the childhood joy and the moments a little one is lost in thought when their growing brain is processing or when they are deep in conversation or laughter with another. It’s an honour every time to work with the families, the kids and to bring the team from Trotters in London down to us in Dorset.
